The Florida Charter Institute is excited to welcome back Doug Lemov and the Teach Like a Champion team for expanded professional learning opportunities in the summer of 2024. This year, Teach Like a Champion will offer three workshop days running from Tuesday, July 30-Thursday, August 1st. On Wednesday and Thursday, TLAC will host a two-day workshop focused on “High Ratio Instruction:” who is participating, how much, and to what extent.

The two-day workshop on Wednesday and Thursday will delve into the world of ratio, with participants learning the keys to maximizing who is participating, how much, and to what extent.

As part of their registration, all attendees will receive a copy of Teach Like a Champion 3.0, offering additional resources on culture and ratio, as well as other topics. They will also be invited to join Doug Lemov and his team for a social event and book signing in the late afternoon/early evening on Tuesday, July 30.

Schools can sign tup heir teachers and leaders for the culture workshop only, the ratio workshop (two days) only, or can sign up for both workshops. We recommend that schools bring teams of 3-4 teachers and administrators at multiple levels when they attend, as this best supports future implementation in schools.

High Ratio Instruction with Teach Like A Champion
