The Florida Charter Institute is excited to welcome back Doug Lemov and the Teach Like a Champion team for expanded professional learning opportunities in the summer of 2024. This year, Teach Like a Champion will offer two sessions across three workshop days running from Tuesday, July 30-Thursday, August 1st. Participants can attend one or both sessions.

The Wednesday and Thursday Workshop will focus on “High Ratio Instruction.” In this practice-heavy workshop, participants will learn the keys to maximizing who is participating, how much, and to what extent.

As part of their registration, all attendees will receive a copy of Teach Like a Champion 3.0, offering additional resources on culture and ratio, as well as other topics. They will also be invited to join Doug Lemov and his team for a social event and book signing.

We recommend that schools bring teams of 3-10 teachers and administrators at multiple levels when they attend, as this best supports future implementation in schools.

Session Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (registration/breakfast from 7:30-8:30 a.m.)
Cost: $300 per person for two-day session (includes breakfast, lunch, TLAC social, and copy of Teach Like A Champion 3.0)
