The Florida Charter Institute is excited to welcome back Doug Lemov and the Teach Like a Champion team for expanded professional learning opportunities in the summer of 2024. This year, Teach Like a Champion will offer two sessions across three workshop days running from Tuesday, July 30-Thursday, August 1st. Participants can attend one or both sessions.

The first training is “Building Strong Classroom Culture” on Tuesday, July 30. This practice-intensive workshop will focus on establishing high-impact behavioral and culture techniques that enable joy and academic achievement.

As part of their registration, all attendees will receive a copy of Teach Like a Champion 3.0, offering additional resources on culture and ratio, as well as other topics. They will also be invited to join Doug Lemov and his team for a social event and book signing.

We recommend that schools bring teams of 3-10 teachers and administrators at multiple levels when they attend, as this best supports future implementation in schools.
