Leverage Leadership experts will facilitate sessions that introduce participants to frameworks built from top school leaders across the country. The first day will focus on leading effective feedback meetings. The second day will center on how to lead effective student work analysis meetings. Both sessions will include footage of leaders leading meetings, time to plan, and practice leading meetings using the frameworks.
